In this unique and creative video, children will be focusing on stimulating the energy centers, called chakras, through color, sound, breathing, and over 40 yoga postures. Theses energy centers are located along the vertebrae from the base of the spine to the crown of the head. When these energy centers are stimulated, our bodies respond by allowing energy to flow freely, helping bring balance and serenity into our lives. The goal of this video is for children to find ways to build strength, and balance each of these energy centers on a regular basis through the practice of yoga and meditation.
